He is known for his commitment to safety and his ability to effectively train individuals on the proper operation of heavy equipment.
Michael has worked with various organizations, all across Canada, providing valuable insights on safety protocols, risk management, and equipment operation.
He has successfully implemented safety programs and protocols that have significantly reduced accidents and injuries in the workplace for well-known construction companies such as Graham Industrial, North American Construction Group, and Leavitt Machinery as well as numerous smaller businesses over the years.
Michael's excellent communication skills and patient teaching style make his training sessions interactive and engaging, ensuring participants understand and retain the material for practical application.

The Fall Pro In-House Instructor Program covers the following key areas: Instructors in-training will gain a comprehensive understanding of fall protection regulations, standards, and best practices. They will learn how to effectively communicate these principles to trainees. Instructors will be equipped with effective instructional techniques to engage trainees and facilitate learning.
